Returns:

All common carrier UPS/USPS returns must be in the original box in good condition with manufacturers original parts sticker. If damaged by the shipper you must contact our office first. No returns without prior authorization. In case of the wrong part ordered it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping back to our location. If you need a part replaced immediately you must contact our office to make arrangements. All returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Warehouse pickup orders must be accompanied with Auto Glass America invoice for pickup. Returns can be made within five business days with prior authorization from Auto Glass America only. The part must be in the original box with the manufacturers part number sticker still intact. If urethane adhesive primer has been applied to part it may not be returned. Part cannot be damaged in any way. If damaged occurs once you have taken delivery it is your responsibility.

Mercedes-Benz to cut production time, halve number of vehicle architectures

Mercedes-Benz is restructuring its global production network to cut the average production time for its models to 30 hours by 2015 from 43 in 2008. "We have increased productivity by 2 percent a year over the last few years. We will be accelerating our productivity efforts," Mercedes production boss Wolfgang Bernhard said during an investor conference that was part of the automaker's plant opening in Kecskemet, Hungary, on Thursday.

Volkswagen Beetle Dune Concept (pictured) heading for Detroit The original VW Beetle was a perfect candidate for a Dune Buggy, and many old VWs were converted to blast across sand dunes around the world. VW had a bash at their own Dune Buggy back in 2000, but now, ahead of a reveal at the Detroit Auto Show next week, we have what looks like a buggy from VW that could actually be heading for production – the Volkswagen Beetle Dune Concept. VW has revealed a single image of their Beetle Dune Concept (above) that shows a jacked-up Beetle with big wheels and tyres, a ski rack on the back and a bit of cosmetic titivation.

VW EOS 2011 Priced There was nothing much to get too excited about with the 2011 facelift for the Volkswagen Eos. When VW revealed the Eos facelift last month at Frankfurt there was little more on offer than a bit of a nose job to bring the Eos up to date with Volkswagen’s family nose. True, VW has played a bit at the back end and there’s talk of more ‘Premium’ interiors on the 2011 Eos, but it all adds up to not very much.
