" I WILL SHIP WITH ARRANGEMENTS/COSTS BY BUYER". *************RELIST DUE TO A NON PAYER BIDDER**************This a a very nice set of four "SUPERIOR" brand custom chrome wheels that I had on a 1955 1st series 3100 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup. Forgot I had them and just dug them out of shop attic storage while in process of a major downsize. They appear to be 15" x 7" but possibly 7-1/2" wide as it is somewhat difficult to measure due to the fact these are designed after the old HD type factory wheel with the HD double centers. They are however 6 hole standard on the Early Chevy pickups and early Chevrolet passenger as well as a multitude of other applications I am sure but not an expert.  In the steps of the wheel design, there is some light corrosion which seems to pretty much detail out but I cannot guarantee it. Its not something that jumps out at you as I didn't know it existed until looking wheels over for an accuracte description. The chrome overall on these stell wheels is very nice. No curb rash/damage anywhere. The center caps are press-in fit and comprised of plastic with chrome finish-look nice but a bugger to remove as evidence by some chipping/chattering around the perimeters. Still usuable but thats the facts. Lug nuts included-just OEM style steel. The tires are like new with very few miles-steel belted radials P215/75/R15 Dean Alpha IV. Two of the pictures were when mounted on the truck years ago and the other two as found in shop attic. They fit nice on truck and looked great. Truck was not modified. There is NO RESERVE and I would really prefer local pickup but open to shipping which I would think would be high. The estimate given is only that, an estimate. Actual shipping would be based on buyer's zip code.  However, if you want a rate quote prior to bidding, I can do that for you with your zip code. In my humble opinion, great deal over new cost!!!!

Fri, 08 May 2009

Two years ago, the hot-rodding world pulled out all the stops to celebrate the diamond jubilee of the iconic 1932 Ford, the hot-rodder's hot rod. The high point of that jubilee was a gathering of the 75 most significant '32s in conjunction with the Grand National Roadster Show of 2007. It was held in its own hall at the L.A.

Renault Sand'up concept

Mon, 27 Oct 2008

This is Renault's new Sand'up concept, developed by Renault Brazil and unveiled today at the 25th Salão Internacional do Automóvel in São Paolo. The modular 2+2 coupé can not only transform into a cabriolet, but it can also be used as a pickup by lowering the rear bench seat. As most pickups in Brazil are bought for their sporty image and not used for heavy workloads, but rather as an adventurous and fun vehicle, the car makes use of the rear passenger compartment by incorporating a mechanism that lengthens the cargo bed by up to 40cm to accommodate a range of objects.

Nissan at the Paris motor show 2008

Thu, 02 Oct 2008

By Ben Pulman Motor Shows 02 October 2008 09:51 A genuine (and exciting) surprise from Nissan in the shape of its Nuvu concept car. This cool little city car’s name literally translates as ‘new view’ and it’s Nissan’s view of urban transportation in 2015. Think of it as the company’s electric rival to the Toyota iQ.
