Made from high strength 4340 Steel, each piece is precision CNC machined and heat-treated pivot balls to ensure that our customers receive the very best products. ADEPT PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS stud mount roller tip rocker bodies feature a longer pivot slot for higher lift camshafts and are much stronger than stamped steel, so rocker arm flex is negligible. The rollers tip minimizes scrubbing, reducing friction and freeing up an additional 15 -30 hp over stock rockers.

Cloud rises over diesel plan for Nissan Maxima

Nissan North America may postpone a V6 diesel engine planned for the Maxima sedan in 2010. Since the company revealed its Maxima diesel plan two years ago, gasoline prices have fallen dramatically, auto sales have collapsed and Nissan has begun reviewing product plans as it scrambles to restore profitability. "We haven't reached a decision on the diesel yet, but we have to consider where we want to put our capital investments," says Larry Dominique, North American vice president for product planning.

Engineers 'most likely' to crash

BUILDERS and bakers are among the best drivers while engineers and estate agents are among the worst, according to a survey. Based on accident figures per profession, the survey showed that persons classing themselves as 'administrators' were the safest drivers, followed by painters and farmers. Builders were the sixth-safest on the list compiled by insurance company 1st Central, with bakers eighth.

We hear that we won’t see a Sport Turismo version of the current Panamera, but this concept instead previews the facelift treatment that will be applied to Porsche’s four-door saloon as part of a mid-life refresh in 2013. And beyond that the Sport Turismo showcases a second bodystyle than will join the range when the Mk2 Panamera appears in late 2015.
