Up for sale is a set of Chevrolet Valve Covers and a few gaskets. I am not sure what these Covers fit. I was told they were for a Corvette. (gasket part # backs this up)They were an estate sale find .The gaskets have a part # and are a little easier to identity. First gaskets are GM part# 14101065. Second set of gaskets are Fel-Pro VS50265C. Valve covers are in good overall condition with some nicks here and there. Please look closely at pic for condition as they are sold as is. Payment is expected within two days of auction's close. GM to shut down Saab

General Motors will shut down Saab after the automaker wasn't able to conclude a deal to sell the brand to Spyker Cars, GM said on Friday. “Despite the best efforts of all involved, it has become very clear that the due diligence required to complete this complex transaction could not be executed in a reasonable time," GM Europe president Nick Reilly said in a statement. "In order to maintain operations, Saab needed a quick resolution.

Bob Lutz reportedly to stay on at General Motors

Bob Lutz, General Motors vice chairman and internationally renowned product guru, has reversed his retirement plans and is expected to stay with the remade car company as it charts a new path out of bankruptcy. Multiple media outlets are reporting Lutz, 77, has changed course and will not retire from GM at the end of the year as he had planned. Automotive News, citing anonymous sources, says the veteran industry leader will stay on at the company, possibly in a marketing or communications role--and could have product input.
