This choke thermostat fits many GM Vehicles. 
 
 In many vehicles like yours, choke operation is automatic, which means that the movement of the choke is regulated by the thermostat. So, what can happen when the choke thermostat gets damaged? Well, the choke won’t be activated properly and the carburetor won’t receive the right amount of air-fuel mixture. Cold starting will be a problem. Some drivers resort to the temporary solution of having someone manually control the carburetor choke in the engine bay while the engine is warming up, but this can cause so much hassle and is not a practical solution in the long run. The best solution remains to be a new thermostat.  Get a new one now and say goodbye to cold starting problems.

The threat of thieves using Twitter to spot car owners who are out for the night or on holiday has been highlighted by Tracker, a company that specialises in stolen vehicle recovery. Its Police Relationships Manager Stuart Chapman said: ‘The changing face of car theft means that owners have to take more precautions than they would a few years ago.
