FOR SALE is this wing removed from a 06' Cirrus SR22 SN# SR1819 that suffered damage from pulling the parachute over a heavily wooded area and landing in the trees after an total engine failure.
This wing is in great to excellent condition and ready to go. As you can see the wing has been unbolted (nothing cut) and ready for transport. All the electrical is still in the wings. This sale is for the wing only, no tips, no control surfaces and no gears. I also have a set of gears and ailerons for this wing, plus many more parts from this plane. As you can see in the pics that the wing does have the deicing leading edges and is in excellent shape. The discoloration that you see on the leading edge is on the protective tape only and it's not any damage to the leading edge paint. As you may already know Cirrus no longer makes the G2 style wings and to get one ordered will cost you well over $100K. At my price you can practically say its free. Genesis and Elantra to star in Hyundai's Super Bowl ads
Tue, 24 Dec 2013Hyundai is getting ready for the Big Game, and by that we really mean the big ad game, and the stars of their seventh consecutive Super Bowl ads will be the 2015 Genesis and the 2014 Elantra. Last year's Super Bowl ad from the automaker featured the Hyundai Santa Fe in two spots titled "Epic Playdate" and "Team," both of which were well received. For Super Bowl XLVIII, the 2015 Hyundai Genesis spot titled "Dad's Sixth Sense" is set to air during the first quarter of the game, and all Hyundai is saying for now is that it will highlight the sedan's Automatic Emergency Braking feature in a way that relates to the near-misses and saves of everyday parenting.
Fiat gets approval to purchase Bertone coachbuilding business
Thu, 06 Aug 2009Fiat S.p.A.'s bid for Carrozzeria Bertone S.p.A. was approved Thursday by the Italian government. Fiat will invest $215.9 million (150 million euros) over three years in the struggling contract manufacturer that has produced models ranging from the Lamborghini Miura to the Volkswagen Polo during its 96 years in business.
