Flex-a-Lite Flexite Windows were developed from technology to efficiently mold light weight polymer windows to the original factory curvature, then precision trim them so they install just like original glass. The weight savings realized can shave precious fractions of a second off quarter-mile times, and improve acceleration.

For the off-street racer, we also have full kits (including windshield) that are cut from flat stock, and require only drilling and fastening.

Flexite Molded Windows
These windows are molded to original factory size and shape, and install identical to original glass. Back-half kits include the rear quarter windows and the rear deck window. More durable than Lexan, minor scratches can be easily reduced or eliminated. All windows feature 2 black borders with the FAL logo that bonds to adhesive. Mounting and care instructions provided.
(Not approved for street use)

Gibbs Sports Amphibians launches the Quadski

Tue, 16 Oct 2012

Gibbs Sports Amphibians has unveiled the Quadski, an amphibious all-terrain vehicle that, according to company founder Alan Gibbs, obliterates the distinction between land and water transportation. The 1,300-pound, 10.5-foot-long Quadski looks a bit like a jet-powered personal watercraft sitting on top of a single-seat ATV, but it's what's underneath the vehicle's molded composite body that separates the high-speed Quadski from larger, slower amphibious predecessors. The Quadski draws power from a BMW K 1300 Motorrad motorcycle engine capable of producing 175 hp.
