This is the adapter cable needed to connect an external microphone into your head unit. The headphone-jack end connects to the external microphone while the purple, square, 4-pin end plugs into the back of the head unit. A great way to add an external microphone to your Clarion head unit, especially in a large vehicle when the built-in microphone is too far away or would like to include the rear passengers in phone calls. This adapter cable is a necessity if you're in an area with strict distracted driving laws and want an external microphone closer to you. Also perfect for replacing damaged adapter cables, as these are getting increasingly rare to find separately, especially for now, older Clarion head units. Should work with many other Clarion head units, but double check your connections at the back of your head unit to make sure. Mon, 18 Aug 2014New Ford Mustang: First right-hand-drive Mustang built The new Ford Mustang, unlike Mustangs in the past, will be sold in the UK in right-hand-drive (and in other RHD markets too), and that has now got closer with the reveal of the first RHD Mustang (above) to roll out of a Ford production plant. Ford has already taken orders for the first 130 UK spec RHD Mustangs during the UEFA Champions League final back in May, when 500 new Mustangs were offered as a high-profile way to kick off sales of the new Mustang in Europe. The Mustang is available for the UK in RHD as either a Fastback or Convertible and a choice of either a 420bhp V8 or 2.3 litre EcoBoost with 324bhp, with a standard spec that includes Ford’s SYNC 2, Park Assist, Leather and 19″ alloys.
Goodwood Revival 2011
Tue, 27 Sep 2011The middle week of September was a crowded one for the CDN team with coverage of the Frankfurt motor show but we still found time to get our period tweeds out and head down to Sussex to cover the Revival weekend. This historic motor racing festival runs over three days, with Friday set aside for qualifying and practice, and races on Saturday and Sunday, with aggregated times to decide the final winner. Special themes this year included 50 years of the E-Type and this years' Fordwater Trophy grid was composed exclusively of this classic front-engined GT, including Lightweight and Low Drag versions that took on the Ferraris and Cobras of the period.

The B-segment Aqua forms the smallest member of the Prius family and shares a little its relations' DNA. Its silhouette apes that of the larger Prius as far as its B-pillar, with a smooth transition from hood to screen, but continues to a more conventional, high tailgate to optimize cabin space.
