For sale I have a classic beetle speedometer with a fuel gauge built into it, that includes a chrome flash. It was pulled from a 68 beetle. I have listed this as for parts or not working because I have no way of testing it ad do not know if it works or not). On the backside, there are 6 slots for bulbs. 3 of the slots have the bulb holders, and 3 do not (meaning that you will need 3 bulb holders). Bulbs are not included. Has a wire running off of it (do not know what for). Odometer reads 94450. It is dirty and definitely could be cleaned. What you see in the picture is what you get.

BMW M6 Gran Coupe: Price from £97,490 (+ video)

Sat, 15 Dec 2012

The new BMW M6 Gran Coupe - officially revealed this week – will cost from £97,490 when it goes on sale in May 2013. The M6 Gran Coupe gets the same, very convincing, looks of the regular Gran Coupes, but with added visual butchness thanks to a front spoiler, flared wheelarches, side skirts, rear diffuser and a carbon fibre roof. That promised aggression is reinforced by the M6 Gran Coupe’s powerplant that comes from the M6 and M5 with a 4.4 litre twin turbo V8 delivering 553bhp and 50lb/ft of torque – available from 1,500 to 5,750rpm – which is enough to get the M6 Gran Coupe to 62mph in 4.2 seconds.

Ford, GM work together on new nine-, 10-speed transmissions

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

Ford Motor Co. and General Motors are developing nine- and 10-speed transmissions jointly for use in cars, crossovers, pickups and SUVs. The rivals say partnering on the automatic front- and rear-wheel-drive gearboxes will get them to market faster and cheaper than each automaker could do on its own.
