A council-owned ‘spy car’ designed to catch people parking their vehicles unlawfully has been snapped travelling over the speed limit. Winners announced in 2011 Car Design Awards competition

The finalists had all entered a contest which asked them to create a design against one of eight briefs coming from both domestic and global OEMs. The awards ceremony, which was held at the Shanghai auto museum, included delegates and judges from domestic and international OEMs and finalist students.
