Hello and welcome to my auction. This auction is for a used but perfect working order clock spring for mustangs between 1994 through 1998. This was removed from a 1998 mustang that was dismantled and never deployed the air bags. Very simple to install and requires no tools as it simply clips with the three stock tabs on the back and two front plugs and two rear plugs that slide and clip together. The gray plug for the rear has one small crack where it slides onto the other connecting terminal, but it does not effect the operational use of the spring. It is also non viewable when installed. This is an OEM factory part from Ford and not an aftermarket or reprogramed spring. This spring has a large number three embossed on it where the front plug meets the housing. Please check your spring before you bid to make sure this is a correct replacement. This item is for a mustang with the 4.6L V-8 281CI automatic, so I cannot be certain as to other models or motor compatibility. Please check with your local Ford dealer as to the correct part number needed for your Mustang to be 100% correct.
