Hello and welcome to my auction. This auction is for a used but perfect working order clock spring for mustangs between 1994 through 1998. This was removed from a 1998 mustang that was dismantled and never deployed the air bags. Very simple to install and requires no tools as it simply clips with the three stock tabs on the back and two front plugs and two rear plugs that slide and clip together. The gray plug for the rear has one small crack where it slides onto the other connecting terminal, but it does not effect the operational use of the spring. It is also non viewable when installed. This is an OEM factory part from Ford and not an aftermarket or reprogramed spring. This spring has a large number three embossed on it where the front plug meets the housing. Please check your spring before you bid to make sure this is a correct replacement. This item is for a mustang with the 4.6L V-8 281CI automatic, so I cannot be certain as to other models or motor compatibility. Please check with your local Ford dealer as to the correct part number needed for your Mustang to be 100% correct. Ask any and all questions BEFORE you bid as there is no warranty expressed or implied and no returns on this item.

One Lap of the Web: The LAPD gets a Gallardo and this Honda watches you

Fri, 14 Mar 2014

-- Combining Los Angeles' proud traditions of flashy cars and breathlessly exciting high-speed pursuits, the Los Angeles Police Department has picked up a sweet new ride: a Lamborghini Gallardo, which its Air Support Team has thoughtfully given a fresh coating of black-and-white. The Gallardo was donated by Nathalie and Travis Marg of downtown LA-based telecom company Light Source 1 Inc. as a charitable contribution, because a nice tax write-off is always more fun than the alternative -- dropping five figures and a firstborn son on a

Holidaymakers Reminded To Make Pre-Easter Tyre Safety Checks

Tue, 15 Apr 2014

AHEAD of the Easter getaway, a leading tyre safety organisation is reminding the UK’s 650,000 caravan and motorhome owners about the importance of ensuring their tyres are in a safe, roadworthy condition before hitting the road. Stuart Jackson, chairman, TyreSafe, said: “For many, Easter is the first time of the year that they will be heading away in their caravan or motorhome. After the winter when they’ve often had little or no use, it’s essential that the vehicle’s tyres are checked thoroughly before use otherwise a number of potential safety hazards could bring an abrupt end a relaxing holiday.” As part of a visual inspection looking for obvious signs of damage such as lumps, bulges or cuts in the tyre, owners should also pay particular attention to signs of ageing.
