Club Car Powerdrive 2 Charger Repair Kit

I have been fixing Golf Cart Chargers for 7 years now and realize that most golf cart companies wont offer to fix your charger. They simply lack the knowledge to fix them. (if they are Repairable)

The Parts on my kits are of OEM quality or are OEM. Dont be fooled by listings claiming to have OEM parts most OEM parts are not sold for the after market. If they are sold we use them. We have fixed well over 3000 chargers ourselves and these are the same parts we use for our repairs.

That's where I decided to take my knowledge and test the market on EBAY, because we can all agree the $350 to $550 to buy a new charger is unacceptable.

This listing is for the 3 common Parts that go bad on a Club Car Powerdrive 2 Charger. This may not be the only thing wrong with your charger if you are having issues that you arent sure of then please call or email us prior to purchasing.

Included in this order are

  1. Bridge Rectifier
  2. Circuit Breaker (Fuse)
  3. 48 volt Power Relay
  4. Thermal Paste
  5. Instructions for Installation

There are no gurantee's that these parts are the issue with your charger, yet these are the most common fixes for the Powerdrive 2 charger.

If you would rather send us the charger you can view our repair Ebay Listing Here

  1. Diagnose
  2. Send you an Estimate for payment

BMW Adds Two New Exhibits to Museum

Tue, 13 Oct 2009

BMW added two new exhibits to its Museum in Munich, Germany this past weekend, designed to showcase the automakers forward thinking ambitions towards lightweight, efficient vehicles. Called the Simple and Clever concepts, the three wheeled urban contraptions were designed as a research exercise to make maneuvering in urban areas easier and more energy efficient. The Simple concept - an acronym of the project name 'sustainable and innovative mobility product for low energy consumption' - combines features and advantages from both automobiles and motorcycles and is powered by a 36kW combustion engine and an electric motor.

BMW 7-series hybrid due in 2009

Mon, 07 Jul 2008

By Nick Gibbs Motor Industry 07 July 2008 14:30 BMW will launch a hybrid petrol version of the newly unveiled 7-series in 2009, but admits it’s more for green-leaning V8 addicts than seriously eco-aware bosses. Even with the latest lithium-ion batteries, the forthcoming 4.4-litre V8 petrol-electric version will struggle to match the astonishing 39.2mpg and 192g/km of CO2 of the new six-cylinder diesel, especially when BMW will launch stop-start technology for the whole range within two years. The hybrid is likely to cost several thousand more than the £65,000 it’s estimated you’ll need to buy the regular, twin-turbo 750i that goes on sale in November 2008.
