Transit Times

Customs Delays

Missing Packages
  • Depending on the destination, some carriers may leave your package(s) at the destination although a person is not available to accept the package, such as leaving the package near an entrance door.

BMW Vision Future Luxury at 2014 Beijing Motor Show hints at new 9 Series

BMW unveiled its latest concept on Easter Sunday, which could signal an all-new 9 Series model to top its range. The four-seater concept – called Vision Future Luxury – was revealed at the Beijing Motor Show, but MSN Cars got a sneak preview of the car back in Munich, Germany in early April 2014 and spoke to its key designers to bring you this ‘inside track’ report. Pilkington Vehicle Design Awards 2011

One student designer has made history by winning the prizes for Best Overall Design and Best Use of Glazing at the 2011 Pilkington Vehicle Design Awards. For the first time in the awards' 24-year history, the prizes were awarded to Adam Phillips, a postgraduate of the vehicle design course at the Royal College of Art (RCA). Phillips, who previously worked as a toy designer for Lego before studying at the RCA, scooped the awards with a concept on the modern family car that uses iPad-style technology called ‘Family Dynamic'.

This is the first M3 with a folding metal hardtop, and the first with BMW's new transmission. It's a new seven-speed gearbox called M DCT gearbox – a double-clutch affair (like VW's seven-speed DSG) allowing near-instant changes, with little drop in power.
