On display is a “Clymer Mercruiser Stern Drive Shop Manual” for the repair of all Mercruiser stern drive units from 1964-1985, also including the 1986 - 1987 TR and TSR models. Published by Intertec Publishing Corporation of Overland Park, Kansas. Copyright 1993. 600 pages. ISBN: 0-89287-613-1. Softback and in acceptable condition with good binding and some surface wear on the front and back cover. The front cover has a dog ear in the lower left hand corner and the back cover has a bit of crinkling in what looks like it may have been exposed to some water. The inside pages have no rips, tears and no brown fading on the page edges.  However, there are some light grease smudges and light stains on some of the pages. A couple of the pages have some sentences that were highlighted with a yellow highlighter. This comprehensive manual contains complete information on maintenance, tune-up, repair and overhaul. There are hundreds of photos and drawings that will guide you through every step-by-step procedure. It is broken down into the following chapters:

It’s a favourite stereotype: a man driving a flashy sports car is more attractive to women – or at least, so he might think. Now a survey by Motors.co.uk suggests that exactly the opposite could be true. While the same research reckons 48% of men subscribe to the stereotyped view, in actual fact women are more likely to find a man driving an eco car more alluring.

Economic downturn might hit plans for Porsche small roadster

Porsche's decision on whether to build an entry-level roadster will depend on the global economy, CEO Matthias Mueller said. Mueller said that if the automaker decides to go ahead with the car, sales would begin at the earliest in the third quarter of 2014, but probably later. A decision on production will depend on how the global economic situation pans out, particularly in relation to the auto industry, Mueller said.

Acura RLX Concept

Acura held the world debut of the Acura RLX Concept at the New York auto show, which indicates the design and engineering direction for Acura's flagship sedan, set to launch at the beginning of 2013. The RLX Concept's design continues the brand's ‘Keen Edge' design philosophy, with bodyside surfacing clearly related to the ILX we first saw in Detroit. The RLX maintaining approximately the same length as the current RL but with a wheelbase increased by 50mm while the front overhang has been reduced by the same amount.
