Ford Mustang Cobra SVT nicknamed the "TERMINATOR" by the SVT development crew. The 2003 year model was the upgraded engine version made to handle the supercharger, extra power and extra torque.
HISTORY: This car was totaled out several years ago when the driver fell asleep and hit a guardrail which spun him around into more guardrail. I purchased this car to use the engine and Tremec 6 speed and various other parts for a project car I was planning on building.I HAVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT PROJECT CAR,SO I NO LONGER NEED THIS CAR !
The car sheet metal is gone except the passenger door is good. It has a good front windshield with no cracks or chips. The interior is decent considering it has been in and out of the weather. The dashboard, gauges, radio all are good and functioning. The driver door panel looks usable. The passenger door panel and window are good.Front seats are good.Rear seats have been in the weather more than the rest of the car while sitting at the storage facility, they may or may not be usable. I do not see any holes or tears in the rear seat however it is scrunched up a little where the driver side sheetmetal pushed in during the accident.
Engine started when I first bought the car and ran about 30 seconds until the fuel shut off.Engine sounded very good and no smoke. I tried starting the car recently and it started and ran about 2-3 seconds then shut off.Wires, inertia switch were all damaged so trying to get everything rewired to make fuel pump work will probably not happen.Fuel pump is probably bad anyway from sitting.Everything is still sitting in the car as the day it was wrecked. No parts have been taken off.
THE CAR HAS BEEN STORED INSIDE A 40FT SEALED CONTAINER OUT OF THE WEATHER SINCE IN MY POSSESSION !

     Car has lots of good parts like COMPLETE ENGINE WITH SUPERCHARGER,COMPLETE TRANSMISSION WITH CLUTCH,FLYWHEEL,PRESSURE PLATE,calipers,brakes,rotors,maybe 3 of the wheels,computer boxes,switches,maybe shocks,wiper motor,brake master cylinder,dashboard,gauges,radio,steering column,windshield,passenger door complete,cobra emblems,alternator,air conditioner system,etc,etc,etc.
THE REAREND HAD THE MAJOR MECHANICAL DAMAGE. IT IS NOT A GOOD COMPLETE UNIT ANYMORE BUT IT STILL HAS LOTS OF GOOD PARTS.

SELLING CAR COMPLETE AS IS ONLY  !

I HAVE TRIED TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE THE CAR HOWEVER IT IS SOLD AS IS,SO I URGE YOU TO INSPECT IT IN PERSON !

I CAN LOAD ONTO A TRAILER

The Honda Skydeck Concept will be shown at the Tokyo Motor Show We had Honda’s CR-Z Concept earlier, and now we gate Honda’s take on the new Ford C-Max – the Honda Skydeck Concept. But again, it’s more than a concept. This is Honda’s planned replacement for the FR-V – just bigger and a lot more contemporary.

Dual-clutch transmission put on hold at Chrysler

Mon, 14 Nov 2011

Chrysler Group has delayed introduction of a fuel-saving automatic transmission so it can make the shift patterns more palatable to U.S. drivers--the latest sign that a key tool in automakers' plans to meet tougher fuel-economy rules needs some fine-tuning. Two weeks ago, Ford Motor Co., which uses a similar dual-clutch transmission in its Fiesta and Focus, took a hit in Consumer Reports' annual reliability survey because many drivers complained about balky shifting.

Cash for clunkers plan revives trade fight

Thu, 05 Feb 2009

Import brand automakers and dealers warned on Thursday that a vehicle scrappage proposal before the Senate would violate trade agreements and could weaken the economy. The Senate could vote on the plan on Thursday, which would offer $10,000 to any moderate- or low-income consumer who trades in a car or truck that is at least 10 years old and buys a new one that is more fuel-efficient and "assembled in the United States." The trade-ins would be scrapped rather than resold. The U.S.-made mandate "smacks of the protectionism that led to the Great Depression," said Barbara Nocera, the top Washington lobbyist for Mazda North American Operations.
