Description:

The new COMP Cams® High Energy™ Aluminum Roller Rocker Arms feature a die cast, aluminum body with a needle bearing fulcrum and roller tip. Designed to be stiffer and more durable, these new rocker arms are capable of providing added valve lift while withstanding the rigors of a performance application.

Perfect for street and moderate race use, the die cast, larger-than-stock body of the rocker arms is made of aluminum for superior strength with light overall weight. Their specially engineered fulcrum and roller tip create far less friction than sliding factory models to lower oil temperatures, thus improving both response and horsepower. Snap rings are used to hold the trunion and bearings locked in place, and the simple, bolt-on design fits most popular muscle car applications. High Energy™ Die Cast Aluminum Roller Rocker Arms are affordable alternative to higher priced rockers. Look for the COMP Cams® logo cast directly into the rocker – accept no inferior quality imitations.

Wed, 22 Dec 2010

BMW MegaCity Project i We’ve know for some time that BMW are working on a  sub-brand to launch a range of City Cars under the banner of ‘BMW Project i‘. We’ve assumed that this will end up being a revival if the Isetta name to badge up the BMW city runarounds. But it looks as if that’s not the case after a pile of new BMW trademarks were posted on the e90Post forum.

EBay exotic: 1971 Maserati Indy

Fri, 29 Apr 2011

In honor of the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis 500, we bring you this lovely red 1971 Maserati Indy. Styled by Vignale, the Indy served as Maserati’s four-passenger business express from 1969 to 1971, powered originally by a 4.2-liter V8 and later by 4.7- and 4.9-liter versions of the Ghibli powerplant. This Oregon-based Euro-market example has a five-speed manual gearbox and power steering, and the owner of 20 years claims to have had a lot of expensive-sounding work done over the past few years.
