Brand:Continental Warranty:No Manufacturer Part Number:22354 and 22355 Country/Region of Manufacture:United States

I am helping a senior citizen (age 84) who does not use computers.  After a life time of aviation work, he has some parts left and it is time to clean out the shop.

This is a set of oil pump gears for a Continental C-85 and O-200 airplane engine.  Part Numbers 22354 and 22355.  These gears are used, but seem to be in serviceable condition.  I took photos as close as I could so you may see the metal teeth and bearing condition.   There is no yellow tag(s), so buyer must determine airworthiness.

These gears were originally offered as A-65 gears.  Three eagle-eye viewers alerted me to the fact that these gears are actually for Continental C-85 and O-200 engines.  After rechecking, we found that these viewers are correct.

I am an honest eBay seller; you may check my feedback.  If it is not as advertised I will buy it back.  Other than that, all sales are final.  I accept PayPal, or other selected prepaid options.  If you have questions, use the “ask the seller a question” option.  Buyer to pay shipping charges $10.00 flat rate USPS priority mail in the 48 contiguous USA.  This may be shipped world-wide.  Others locations contact me after the auction for shipping charges.  Please see my other aircraft and engine parts for sale.

Call for complete smoking ban in cars

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

A COMPLETE BAN on smoking in cars should be introduced by law. That is the finding of a study of driver attitudes, where 71% said the Government should go further than it presently does to people smoking in cars. Of 7500 people polled, the study found 71% also believe smoking in cars should be made a criminal offence if children are in the car at the same time.

Le Mans regulations for 2014 announced

Thu, 14 Jun 2012

The organisers of the Le Mans 24-hour have announced a raft of radical new rules on the eve of the 2012 race - including the less restricted use of hybrid power for the top-flight LMP1 racers from 2014. The governing ACO (Automobile Club de l'Ouest) unveiled the major changes due in two years' time as the teams start the 80th 24 Heures du Mans event which runs from Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 June 2012. In order to stay in tune with our environmentally-conscious, economically-chastened times, the focus of the alterations is to improve the efficiency of the elite LMP1 cars' technology and cement a link with roadgoing hybrids, as well as making the race cars safer.
