Complementing the GX Series of jackets, the GX Sport Pant is a performance cut, 600 denier Carbolex® shell with 1680 denier Ballistic polyester knee panels. CE-approved armor in the knees features Cortech’s 3-Position Knee Armor Alignment System to guarantee the best fit. Ergonomics are covered with Accordion-Style expansion panels at the rear waist and above knees with 500 denier Spandex Carbolex® in the inseam. Mother Nature’s changes are covered with zippered vents on the top of the thigh and a removable waterproof liner. Tue, 04 Feb 2014The 2014 Mercedes C-Class (pictured) costs from £26,855 The new Mercedes C-Class for 2014 was revealed in December – looking like a proper baby S-Class – and now we get the specifications and prices for the UK market ahead of its arrival in Mercedes showrooms. To start, there will be just two engines available – 2.0 litre four-cylinder petrol in the C200 and 2.1 litre four-cylinder diesel in the C220 BlueTec – and a choice of six-speed manual and 7-speed auto boxes and three trim levels – SE, Sport and AMG Line. Mercedes say the new C-Class will be the best equipped in its sector, and all models come with a touchpad to control the Infotainment functions, Climate, Media Interface and Artico upholstery.
College Exhibition: Pforzheim Design Forum 2006
Tue, 18 Jul 2006The biennial Design Forum at Pforzheim Hochschule in Germany took place last week, with six international design schools joining together to present and discuss the latest work of their students. The Forum is held in conjunction with the annual summer degree show at Pforzheim where Diploma and Masters students presented their work. The Forum was chaired by Professor James Kelly who welcomed the tutors and their accompanying students to the event.
