ES301M 30 AMP Fuse Buddy Adapter - Mini Fuse
Adapts a DMM to plug directly into mini fuse socket and allows circuit amperage draw to be read on the DMM. Original fuse is replaced in-line during testing, maintaining circuit protection. Makes circuit testing easier since the FUSE BUDDY adapter end is shaped like a fuse. Ideal for electrical troubleshooting at the fuse box. Also used to measure all circuit draws up to 20 Amps. The panel discussion will take place at the Auction Park Arena in Auburn, Ind., on May 14 at 9 a.m. before the auction starts.
Volkswagen shows off new 1.8-liter engine for Jetta, Passat, and Beetle
Tue, 16 Jul 2013Volkswagen is rolling out a new 1.8-liter turbocharged and direct-injected TSI engine which will debut in the Jetta, Beetle, and Passat later this year. This thrifty new engine will replace the 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine now available in those models. But the 1.8-liter is no slouch: it produces the same 170 hp as the outgoing five-cylinder engine, while adding 7 lb-ft torque for a total of 184.
Audi debuts A8 Exclusive Concept special edition
Tue, 19 Nov 2013Perhaps feeling the pressure from other luxury automakers and the debut of a number of special edition executive sedans, Audi has announced a limited run of 50 examples of its 6.3-liter 500-hp W12-engined A8L flagship. Dubbed the A8 Audi exclusive concept, the long-wheelbase executive yacht will feature a leather interior from Italian designer furniture maker Poltrona Frau. The A8 Audi exclusive concept will feature aniline leather in the color of Agatha Cognac, which is said to be very soft, and the center sections of the seats will have diamond quilting.
