  • This spring was recieved in a parts lot that we purchased, the year and mileage of the Vette that it was removed from is unknown. Please read the description and look at the pictures before purchasing.

  • This is a 7 leaf rear spring that was used in Vettes with the heavy duty suspension (F40, F41, and FE7), the width is 2 1/4".

  • There is some very light surface rust in some places (pics).

  • It has the correct style plastic liners with the "T" channel at the sides (pics), not sure if they're original or not.

  • The spring ends are rounded and curled, not original.

  • The top leaf is not curled, it's just a flat plate.

  • It has 7 main springs but the top one is the 8th, it looks more like a spacer.

  • The end bushing cups are still installed in OK condition.

  • The unsprung height is 6 1/2".

2013 Skoda Octavia Estate revealed

Tue, 19 Feb 2013

Ahead of a debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, Skoda has revealed the estate version of the new Octavia with a pair of photos. The 2013 Skoda Octavia Estate takes the already capacious Octavia hatch to a new level, with a boot that will swallow 610 litres of stuff with the seats up and an impressive 1,740 litres with the seats down, a significant chunk more than the competition can offer. The extra capacity comes courtesy of extra length compared to the Octavia hatch, with the estate growing by 110mm in the wheelbase – with an extra 73mm for rear passengers’ legroom – and 90mm longer overall.
