For sale is one used floor pan exhaust heat shield.

P/N 8998484

Correct for Corvettes 1975 w/ Fiberglass Floor

  • The panel mounts under the passengers side floor pan, and protects your fiberglass floor from the heat of the exhaust system.
  • The set includes part of the original fiberglass floor pan as well as the seat belt anchor plates.
  • The fiberglass shows some cloth fiberglass repair.
  • There is also one area that shows a crack on the fiberglass.
  • The metal surface on the shield and the anchor plates shows some oxidation and surface rust.
  • There are also areas of pitting, though there are no rust holes.
  • The metal is solid throughout.
  • The factory sealer is still on the there, though it's starting to peel in some areas.
  • The fiberglass shows some rough edges due to being removed.
  • The weld nuts are still firmly attached to their anchor plates.

We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound PackageXpress, depending upon which is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in eBay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement.

If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.

Volkswagen has unveiled its new Taigun concept car at the Sao Paolo motor show, previewing a future B-segment SUV. The Taigun continues VW's new SUV aesthetic, first shown on last year's Cross Coupe concept, with a similar, full-width grille and lamp and very strong horizontal feature lines. Unlike the crossover Cross Coupe however, the Taigun follows a more traditional, upright SUV format.

Car makers are slowly waking up to the joys of the Interweb as a way to promote their wares, and they’re all busy feeding their Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and YouTube channels with new content to keep fans amused. It’s never exactly the most unbiased content so it often needs taking with a pinch of Maldon’s finest, but YouTube, in particular, gives car makers the chance to showcase their cars in action, and if they can do that and makes ‘fans’ feel a part of it, so much the better.
