P/N 3928732

Correct for Corvettes 1968-1973

  • The plate mounts under the rear deck and serves as a base and ground for the antenna.

  • It gets grounded to the rest of the frame with the use of the strap.

  • The assembly as a whole shows oxidation.

  • It also does not sit flat as there are bends on it.

  • The plate reinforcement shows surface rust and pitting.

  • The strap is bent as well, but is still nice and flexible.

This is a fairly good original ground plate & strap for your Corvette, please look at the pictures. If you have any questions please contact us.

Making famous friends at the Petersen museum

Tue, 15 Apr 2014

Celebrities, they're just like us! And aside from the public adulation and fame, plus our sneaking suspicion that the 12 or so really well-known car guys can actually afford their lavish hand-picked choices without so much as entering a PIN or presenting a letter of credit, celebrities bicker and fret over the cars with which they'd fill their dream garages. Difference is, when they fill their dream garages, people pay attention.

BMW 5-series (2010) photos and video of new F10

Mon, 23 Nov 2009

Let’s start with the tech: BMW claims the new 5-series is the first car in its class to feature start-stop tech, an eight-speed automatic transmission and double wishbone front suspension. The new 5-series is also the first BMW to get the company's new Park Assist tech, slotting the car into a space by twiddling the wheel, leaving the driver to operate on the accelerator and brake pedals. A bit like a VW Touran, then.

McLaren F1 – the California Burn-Up!

Tue, 02 Jun 2009

But for one poor owner that became a literal nightmare as his £1.75 million McLaren F1 burnt out on a drive to the airport in Rincon Valley, California. McLaren owner Irv Kessler hadn’t used the F1 for 6 months, but he probably wishes he hadn’t yesterday either.
