For sale is one used light bulb housing and wire repair. For Corvettes 1968-1982 The light housing features two wires. It is used for various applications such as footwell courtesy lights, gauge indicator lights, console lights, etc. There is at least two inches for splicing. We have more than one in stock, and they do vary in length and in color. Some also may have a light bulb still attached, but we are selling these solely for the wire and socket. The part shipped to you may not be the part pictured but the one you receive will be as good or better.

Mike O'Driscoll, Jaguar's M.D., is to retire in march 2011. Jaguar’s Managing Director Mike O’Driscoll has been a Jaguar man for longer than he probably cares to remember. In fact he joined Jaguar Rover Triumph (as it then was) as long ago as 1975, when he was a young business student.

Ford has finally sold its Jaguar and Land Rover subsidiaries to Indian manufacturing giant Tata Motors. The Blue Oval announced the widely anticipated sale to the US stock markets and employees this morning, confirming it was paid $2.3 billion (£1.2bn) for the two premium British marques. It has sold them wholesale, rather than keeping a stake as it did with Aston Martin - ending a decade of American ownership.Ford bought Land Rover from the BMW-Rover break-up in 2000, 11 years after it acquired Jaguar.

Mercedes has come out fighting against the Nissan NV200 London Taxi with an assertion of the benefits of the Mercedes Vito Taxi. Yesterday we had the news that Nissan, not content with just undermining the Crown Victoria as the NYC Yellow Cab, have turned their attention to the London Taxi with their NV200 take on the Black Cab. So far, LTI hasn’t responded to the imminent threat to their business from Nissan (but then they still haven’t really reacted to Mercedes entry in to the market), but Mercedes has, coming out fighting this morning with a press release extolling the virtues of the Vito Taxi.
