For sale is one used LH inner exhaust manifold heat shield. GM P/N: 14045843 GM Interchange P/N: 14020687 Correct for Corvettes 1982 Works for Corvettes 1981 with slight modification The difference between 1981 and 1982 is the placment of tabs and crimps cut out. - This heat shield has wear from use and age, but it is complete with no broken off pieces.
- There are a few dings and dents on this shield, but it is not completely bent out of shape.
- There are some scratches and scuffs, as well as a few spots of surface rust (see pictures).
- This shield may require some bending to fit properly on your exhaust manifold.
- The holes for mounting are in good shape.

Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3
It’s been mooted for quite a while, but now it’s confirmed – AM are to replace the DBR9S race car with the Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3. Built on Aston Martin’s now rather ancient V/H architecture modular chassis, the Vantage GT3 also features Aston Martin’s one and only engine – the V12 originally built from a pair of Ford Mondeo engines – which in the GT3 version will produce something in the region of 600bhp and 516lb/ft of torque. What the GT3 also gets – as the photo above clearly demonstrates - are new aerodynamics, which makes the GT3 seem much more aggressive than the V12 Vantage on which it’s based.
