COVERCRAFT Interior  Cover

Applicable to:

2016 Mazda Miata models

* cover must be used with the windows in the down position

Interior Covers Easy-to-use protection for convertibles when the top is down.

Interior covers protect the windshield and interior from UV rays, airborne pollutants and droppings from trees and birds.

Interior covers help reduce interior temperatures on hot summer days.

Installation is easy, with hook & loop straps for door handles, mirrors, or wheel openings

(dependent on specific model) and most include anti-theft tabs that are secured inside the trunk lid

Interior covers are great for summer use and are compact for easy storage.

A full cover is always the best answer, but for protection on quick trips interior covers do the job

Many users prefer the cover rather than continuously using the convertible top, which can lead to expensive repairs.

Interior covers are not waterproof and are not intended for protection from rain.

COVERCRAFT'S most popular custom cover fabric.....

Technalon® covers, made with Kimberly-Clark's Evolution® 4-layer non-woven polypropylene fabric, provide maximum protection in all weather conditions.

Often imitated, but never equaled, U.S. made Evolution fabric covers are used by millions of satisfied car enthusiasts around the world.

Recent improvements include a stronger outer layer and softer inner layer.

The inner layer is constructed with similar processes used for our Dustop™ interior storage covers - gentle protection for fine paint finishes (inner layer is now light gray).

Through extensive testing in Florida Kimberly-Clark has confirmed Evolution has the highest UPF rating of all their non-woven fabrics.

This is important because UV rays are what damage both the exterior AND interior of any vehicle.  Block the UV rays - protect the vehicle!

  • Naturally Moisture Resistant - Acid rain, industrial pollutants, tree sap and bird droppings will not harm the fabric.
  • Dries Easily - Moisture is not absorbed by the fabric fibers.
  • Breathable - Allows air to circulate through the fabric.
  • Dust / Pollution Barrier - The two middle layers of melt-blown fabric act as a filtration barrier against most airborne pollutants.
  • Impact Absorption - 4-layer thickness absorbs impacts better than any other vehicle cover fabric to help protect the finish from nicks, dings, dents and scratches.
  •  4 YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY

Suzuki loses the American Dream, dies an unloved death on our shores

    Tue, 06 Nov 2012

On Nov. 5, 2012, the American Suzuki Motor Corp.filed for bankruptcy and announced that no more Suzukis will be sold in America—not now, not ever. (Unless someone has the Bricklin-like foresight to import Wagon Rs to our advanced civilization in, say, 50 years.) And with that news, the Stateside automotive journalists filed their respective stories, drove home and sat on the couch to twiddle their thumbs.

    Mercedes-Benz's 'invisible' car stunt [w/video]

    Wed, 14 Mar 2012

Mercedes-Benz has crafted a clever publicity stunt in and around Hamburg as part of its campaign to promote its zero-emission B-Class F-Cell car. The Stuttgart-based carmaker showed off its redesigned hydrogen fuel cell technology by sending out what appears at first glance to be an invisible car, aimed to highlight the automaker's point that the car is 'invisible to the environment'. Mercedes-Benz recorded reactions from passersby to create a 90-second online viral featuring an explanation of how the effect was created using LED lights and cameras.

GM repays Government loans – sort of

    Fri, 30 Apr 2010

GM Loans repaid early - or are they? We can’t deny that GM are making a pretty good job of rising Phoenix-like from the ashes of their effective bankruptcy. A new focus on cars that are relevant for our times instead of a fixation with dated products and dated management has certainly helped.
