We broke the news that Lamborghini were planning a roofless version of the Reventon Coupe back in March, and apart from the fact that no one believed our ‘Scoop’ – and we had Lamborghini on the phone asking us to retract the story – we were sure the information we had was real. So it was more than a little gratifying when were able to report that Lamborghini were doing a private reveal of the Reventon Roadster in July and finally the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster was launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

Vauxhall The Vauxhall Adam Black Edition and Adam White Edition are now on sale; the company says that the tech-packed special-edition models were inspired by smartphones. The Adam Black Edition and Adam White Edition both come with Vauxhall’s IntelliLink infotainment and Siri voice control activation as standard. GT Academy winner Heitkotter's next step is the 24 Hours of Dubai

It all culminates in January at the 24 Hours of Dubai: That's when video-game player and GT Academy winner Bryan Heitkotter will race, professionally, with European GT Academy winner Jann Mardenborough in a Nissan 370Z. The GT Academy was a contest that started last December in which Gran Turismo 5 players competed for a seat in a real race car. Thousands entered, 32 players rose to the top, and 16 of those were invited to a seven-day whirlwind racing and evaluation program at the Silverstone circuit in the United Kingdom.
