This is a NEW BLACK REPRODUCTION CRANKSHAFT short water pump ADD - ON PULLEY for a Big or Small Block Chevy.  It's just like the originals that were used from 1955 thru 1968.

 The mounting bolt circle is 1.75" .   1 5/8" is the measurement from the mounting face to the center of the belt groove and 6 3/4 is the overall O.D.

THIS SAME PULLEY WAS TYPICALLY ADDED FOR PS OR AIR CONDITIONED CARS ON BOTH SMALL AND BIG BLOCK CHEVYS THRU 1968. THERE ARE HOLES FOR ALIGNMENT TO GO ON TOP OF EITHER OF THE ORIGINAL CRANK PULLEYS.

A recall takes place when a car manufacturer becomes aware of a safety-related defect involving one of its cars. Collaborations between the car industry and the world of product design are fraught with difficulties, are usually fleeting and all too often end in (marketing department) tears. One of the few possible exceptions is Italian leather and furniture company Poltrona Frau. Its 102-year history includes the 904 ‘Vanity Fair' chair from 1930 and the more-recent 2009 Archibald chair by Jean-Marie Massaud.

AutoWeek editor-in-chief Keith Crain recently received the Star Driver award from Mercedes-Benz, an honor that recognizes an individual who has made great contributions to motorsports and the automobile industry. Crain, shown at left with Geoff Day, director of communications at Mercedes-Benz USA, is the sixth recipient of the Star Driver honor. He joins the ranks of Sir Stirling Moss, John Fitch, Jochen Mass, Jesse Alexander and AutoWeek senior contributing editor Denise McCluggage.
