Crew Chief Race Pit Radio System Standard HX400 Astrocom 10391B Headset + MORE

For sale at a buy it now fixed price is this rare estate find.  It is a Race Car Crew Chief Communication Package.  It has a Standard HX400U (AA) UHF FM Transceiver, an Astrocom 10391B aviation headset (with mouthpiece), a Nexus U-94A/U Jedi Connector, the original NiCad battery (not sure if any life is left but it is included), a Standard rapid battery recharger, a belt clip, and it is all in a watertight hard case made by Underwater Kinetics.

Condition is used but nice.  The battery has no charge so we are unsure about that.  Nothing appears to be damaged and we were told that this was functional when charged up.  So we are selling what you see and as is.  If you price any of these components you know what a bargain this is.

We do ship worldwide but this would be cost prohibitive so USA only.  :-)

Rumour: Aston Martin One-77 gets canned – or does it?

Tue, 17 Feb 2009

Aston Martin is really struggling at the moment. Discounts abound (particularly on ’08 model year cars – you can have a V8 Vantage Roadster for not much over £60k, and a DB9 for £75k), and new car sales are as rare as hens teeth. Not surprisingly, there have been deep job cuts, and the dealer network is really struggling to survive.

Nissan Juke Nismo to debut at Le Mans

Wed, 13 Jun 2012

It's no Juke-R, but the more reasonable Nissan Juke Nismo will make its world debut at Le Mans this weekend. It seems only fitting, considering Nissan is providing power for a quarter of the field at the famous race. The Juke will get an enhanced version of the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine as well as some body and suspension work.
