Cummins Tappet/ push rod cover w.gasket

This cover came off of a 93 Dodge D250 Intercooled model 6BT Cummins 5.9L, This came off of a working parts motor and does not leak oil.
Cover has been taken off with due care and attention to ensure the cover was not bent or warped unlike scrap yards and car parters. The cover does not have any warps, bends, or dents or frays. 
I understand changing out the Tappet cover is a very labor intensive job and nobody wants to do this job for a 2nd time in a row because of a rolled cover. Willing to warranty and refund money back if you have problems with the Cover only! 
Along with the cover is a Felpro tappet cover gasket that also comes with the seal rings for the screws.I The cover gasket and O ring seals for the screws are brand new (new orings not located in the picture) 
Unfortunately, I dont have tappet cover hardware at this time.
Im asking $50 total for this cover and will ship next day. I ship through UPS, But if you prefer another shipping carrier you will need to send me a message immediately after purchasing the cover.

Onyx Concept to feature Range Rover Aspen Ultimate Series at SEMA

Irish tuning firm Onyx Concept will be taking its lineup of cars to SEMA, and we have a feeling the company's Range Rover Aspen Ultimate Series will fit right in in Las Vegas. Onyx Concept is not as old as the old as some of the other European tuning houses, but they've already made waves with their the tuning programs for the cars that they have offered. The Range Rover Aspen Ultimate Series is not going to be all show and no go, even though we have to admit that we didn't think it was going to be easy to improve upon the supercharged Range Rover's stock output of 505 hp.

The third installment of Mercedes-Benz's ‘small' car family will receive its global preview with a close-to-production concept set to debut at the Beijing motor show next week, but Car Design News has gained an early peek of the official images and details. The Concept Style Coupe heralds the much-vaunted ‘mini-CLS' compact four-door coupe production car (rumored to be dubbed BLS or CLA) that's slated to go on sale in the second half of 2013. It's based on the same new platform – called MFA for ‘Mercedes Front-wheel drive Architecture' – that has already spawned the new A- and B-Class cars.
