This is an American made oil tank made by Chassis Design Company. This product is pressure tested and 100% tig welded. The quality and workmanship of this product is the best, bar none. For this spectacular price, you will never find a premium American made item for your custom chopper/bobber like the one Im offering you! * Body of oil tank is 120 wall in thickness 5 in round steel. * Oil tank comes equipped with mounting bungs welded on tank and an aluminum screw-in side filler cap. * Oil tank holds approximately 2.8 quarts of oil. * Oil tank features a vent and return bungs on top of tank along with a pick up bung on the bottom that is also how I drain the oil . The bungs require 1/8 inch pipe thread. * Oil tank is pressure tested and 100% tig welded. * Dimension of oil tank is 9 1/2 inches long and 5 inches in diameter. * The 5/16 18 bungs that mount the tank are 4 1/2 inches on center. The main news, apart from the GranCabrio actually being for sale in the UK, is that the price is perhaps not quite as high as we’d expected. When Maserati revealed the GranCabrio Sport at Geneva we did speculate it would end up being north of £100k.
