A maximum of 9 characters fit on the plate, only letters A-Z, numbers 0-9 and the German Ä, Ö and Ü are possible, no other characters. A new plain black mounting frame to mount the plate to the car without drilling holes through the plate is enclosed, but optional also frames with advertising from Volkswagen / Audi / BMW / Volvo / Smart or Mercedes Benz are available too. The German D plates are NO cheap sticker type plate, but made as a real original German plate on the same blanks as the plates for street use ! The Italian and Swedish Euroband plates are (metal) remakes, made in Germany. Other Euroband plates available too on request, ask! mention your order in the 'Note to seller' field with the PayPal payment or send it in a message through the eBay message system. Both work fine. Are letters with German dots (Umlaut) possible ? Yes, dots can be placed on the A, O and U (Ä , Ö and Ü) The plates are standard European size 52x11 cm, which is about 20.5 x 4.5 inch. NO ! All plates are made on embossed (stamped) aluminum and are exactly the same plates as used on all German cars. Made in Germany ! Unfortunately we do not know the specifications from all cars. In general : if you have about 21 x 5 inch space on the front bumper, it should fit. Do I need to drill holes to mount the plate ? If your car has standard holes for an US front plate, you can mount the frame with two screws into those two holes. Alternative strong double sided tape will work fine too. |

It’s part of Mazda’s plans to increase the average fuel economy of its vehicles by 30% by 2015 (compared to 2008 levels) and it hopes to have its first hybrid vehicle on sale in Japan by 2013 (Mazda)• Ford and Chinese car company Geely have signed a stock purchase agreement that will allow the latter to acquire 100% of Volvo (along with related assets including intellectual property rights).

Wed, 12 Aug 2009Barreling around the racetrack, there's little lean entering the corners, plenty of thrust on exit and a monster amount of grip everywhere, and if it feels taxed at all, it's ever so briefly as the nose aims left and up from turn five for the steep climb out of the esses. Road Atlanta is plain ol' fast, and the BMW X6 M does well to keep pace, spilling gobs of power all over the track, blazing down the long back straight to nearly 140 mph, maneuvering like no two-and-half-ton pile of metal should. It's exhilarating stuff, to be sure, only we're left asking very many questions, and all of them are: Why?
