No defects whatsoever. These were bought new by me in 2002 and sat in their individual wrappers since then. The chrome is perfect.
Surface Finish:Polished chrome knock-offs, Cast aluminum adapters Country/Region of Manufacture:Taiwan UPC:N/A

For sale are four decorative chrome "knock-off" spinners as would be used on vintage sports or custom cars to rapidly remove wire and disc wheels.  The adapters measure 2 3/8" outside diameter, which is where they fit into the hubcap holes for cast aluminum "mag" wheels.  The adapters insert into the center holes and then are secured by three (per wheel) hardened Allen screws with pointed ends for sure grip.  This will leave the adapter's threaded end sticking out from the wheel 1/2"-3/4".  The knock-off "spinner" threads easily onto the threads of the adapter.  Use of blue Loctite on the Allen screws and adapter threads is strongly recommended to prevent loss of a unit due to wheel bounce and vibration.  The unopened  manufacturer's Allen screw kit and wrench are included.  Each spinner and adapter will be packed carefully in bubble wrap to insure safe transit.

Before bidding, please insure that your wheels' center hole diameter is 2 3/8".
