Media reviews for the 2013 Range Rover have been going on in Morocco this week, so we have a round-up and video. Sadly, Cars UK didn’t get an invite, but that’s not going to stop us doing our own ‘review’ of what the lucky ones who did attend thought of the Range Rover. BMW poaches designer from Mercedes-Benz

Karim Habib is returning to BMW to take over as head of exterior design, the automaker announced on Tuesday. Habib spent the first 10 years of his career at BMW. During that time he was responsible for designing the exterior of the current BMW 7-series and the Concept CS.

Ford halts plans for rwd cars

With demand uncertain for big cars in the years ahead, Ford Motor Co. has dropped plans for new rear-wheel-drive sedans. Ford design chief J Mays told Automotive News on Sunday that plans for rwd Ford and Lincoln sedans have been shelved.
