- Customer Support:
If you have any question regarding this item, please do not hesitate to contact us through eBay, we will try our best to help you.
- Product Cost:
Please note that the final transaction cost will cover the third-party fees: including, but not limited to eBay, PayPal, and other merchant financial services, shipping carriers, etc.
- Sales Policy:
Each item sales policy is listed with the item. Please check it carefully before you purchase it. We don't take returns for some items, those are clearly indicated in the item sales policy.
- Feedbacks:
We have been keeping a high percentage of positive feedback. For those customers who have problems after buying our products, we are willing to do our best to provide reasonable solutions. For those customers who use negative feedback unreasonably, we will use the eBay system to permanently exclude them from future transactions.
- International Shipping:
We have been trying to keep a low shipping rate for both domestic and international customers, but after we found certain international customers trying to scam the system, we have to use the shipping category with a complete tracking system, thus inflating the international shipping rate for all customers. We have also excluded those countries with a high rate of suspicious scamming from our international delivery destination.
Duty is not included in shipping and handling. Buyers are responsible for their countries' import customs clearance
- Domestic Lost Package:
Occasionally your packages could be screwed up by a carrier, like the package tracking shos the package is in one location and lost the tracking for a while. Most of these cases the carrier will deliver the package later on, but unfortunately the delay will occur. In this situation we will send you second package under two circumstances:
1) It has been 20 days after carrier acceptance of your package. We will send you second package without any cost from you. But you need to reject one of these two packages. If not we will report you to eBay and block your ID from our store.
2) It has been less than 20 days after carrier's acceptance of your package, but you cannot wait more and need the item at once. We will send second package with your payment first, and we will fully refund your second time payment when we receive one of the two packages rejected by you or if the lost package shows undelivery tracking for 30 days.

Suzuki has launched a new Limited Edition Swift - the Suzuki Swift SZ-L
The SZ-L is designed to offer a more economical option to the usual 1.5 litre lump, and substitutes it with a 1.3 litre, 93bhp engine from the Swift GL, which delivers 0-60mph in 11.0 seconds, 48.7 mpg and CO2 emissions of 140g/km which isn’t actually too shoddy. To make this limited edition SZ-L, Suzuki are throwing in a few tweaks and some toys to make the package more appealing. You get AirCon, a choice of new metallic colours, some extra chrome bits and an upgrade or two for the interior.

The Citroen C3 Picasso BLACKCHERRY
As we said only yesterday when we reported on the Peugeot 207 Sportium, the last quarter of the year is a difficult time for car makers, coming as it does between the new plate in September and the New Year in January. So the tried and tested formula for sales at this time of the year is the limited edition. Which is why we get the Citroen C3 Picasso BLACKCHERRY (it’s Citroen’s shouty capitals, not ours).

Andy Palmer (pictured) is taking the reins at Aston Martin Lagonda
Aston Martin has effectively been without a boss since Ulrich Bez stepped down from the role last year, but that changes with the announcement that Andrew Palmer – until now, Chief Planning Officer of Nissan – is to step in to the role. There’s no specific start date for Andy Palmer at Aston, but Nissan has announced that Philippe Klein will take up Palmer’s role at Nissan on 15 September, so it shouldn’t be long before Palmer holds the reins at Aston Martin. But what exactly has persuaded Andy Palmer to jump from a big corporate behemoth like Nissan to a struggling luxury car maker with owners who either want to tug the operating strings (the Kuwaitis) or are looking for a quick return (Investindustrial)?
