Lotus won’t be sold – Bahar suspended over expenses
Tue, 29 May 2012Lotus owners Proton have said that Lotus is not up for sale and reports say Lotus CEO Dany Bahar has been suspended over his expenses. Tue, 22 Dec 2009The Gemballa Enzo MIG-UI Update 12/1/2010: Gemballa have now sent us more details of the Gemballa MIG-U1 and a set of photos. Revealed is probably too strong a word, as it would appear that Gemballa are not overly keen to let anyone have any information on their Gemballa MIG-U1, a customised Ferrari Enzo created for the Gemballa Middle East Distributors the Illyas and Mustafa Galadari Group. Gemballa has taken Mustafa’s own Enzo and ‘Gemballa-ed’ it.
UK New car sales hit 394,806 in March 2013
Fri, 05 Apr 2013The latest figures from the SMMT show that new car registrations in the UK in March 2013 hit 394,806, up 5.9 per cent over March 2012. The seemingly inexorable rise in new car registrations in the UK is continuing, with the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) reporting sales in March 2013 up 5.9 per cent on March 2012, with a total of 394,086 cars registered. These figures mean that new car registrations have grown for thirteen consecutive month and are now at their highest level since the Government introduced the Scrappage scheme in 2010 to try and breathe new life in to the market and encourage buyers to opt for low emission cars.
