Refund will be processed after the returned item is inspected to make sure it was not installed, used, or damaged.  All returned items are inspected by our technicians for signs of installation, use, or damage.  Electrical items are considered to have been installed if they have been connected to other wiring/connectors, or if any other portion of the item has evidence of installation.  Gas components are considered to have been installed if they have had either an electrical or gas connection made to them, or if any other portion of the item has evidence of installation.

If the returned item is used, installed, damaged, or not packed in the original box with the original packing material, we will not process a refund.

Items we receive that have been used or installed will be disposed of and will no longer be available.

  • There is no damage to the item.
  • There is no alteration of the item.
  • There is no misuse of the item.
  • There is no improper installation of the item.
  • The item was not installed inconsistently with construction codes (e.g., electrical, plumbing).
  • There is no cosmetic damage to the item.
  • There is an actual functional problem with the item.
If any of the above is found to be the case, the item warranty is void, and no longer valid.

This replacement process can take several weeks including the shipping of the returned item, the examination of the item by technicians, and shipping of the replacement or repaired item.

Proof of original purchase date, as well as the item model and serial number, is required to return a defective part under this warranty.

This warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund for the defective item, original shipping charges, repair/installation costs, nor any additional costs related to the failure of the item.

Any and all shipping charges are covered by the customer. This includes charges to ship the defective item back to to us, as well as any charges needed to send a replacement item to the customer.

Morgan Eva GT Revealed

And we rather expected the Eva GT to be a bit of a let down after the sketch and the teaser image.
