Please allow up to 12 business days from the date of making payment to receive your order (although most call in orders are received within 2 to 6 business days). If you would like order status information on your package please email or call us and we will get back to you with tracking info as soon as possible. If the request is urgent please write "urgent" on the email subject line. All orders ship via UPS ground except international and PO Box shipments which go USPS. Please allow extra time if your package is being sent USPS as we only ship USPS packages once per week.
Warranty Policy
Lifta Brand offers a limited life time warranty; that is that should any of Lifta Brand parts manufactured by Lifta Brand fails or brakes do to a manufacturing defect the part will be fixed or replaced. Any and all damages arising from the commercial use of these products are expressly excluded and waived by buyer. Buyer accepts merchandise in “as is” condition. Any claim for damages arising from the sale of this merchandise shall be limited to the repair and replacing of non-conforming parts.
Any warranty offered by a manufacturer shall pass directly from the manufacturer to the Buyer. Any warranty claims against a factory warranty shall be conducted by the Buyer directly with the manufacturer or their assigned authorized agents.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and or using any product from Lifta Brand Llc., you are consenting to this contract and your agreement to which you have consented and entered into by your purchase. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, do not use or purchase any products sold by Lifta Brand, Llc..
The use of any performance/modification product or vehicle is potentially dangerous. Driving anything may be dangerous. Lifta Brand, shall not be responsible for the manner and method of the installation of any purchased parts. That responsibility lies solely with the user and/or buyer of these parts. Some parts sold by Lifta Brand may be intended solely for off road use and not for use on the public roads. The use of these products on public roads is illegal and the installation of these parts on a vehicle may make that vehicle illegal for use on public roads. It is the buyer and/or end user’s responsibility to make this determination and use the products as intended by the manufacturers.
Only you make the decision to purchase and/or use these parts and decide how to install and maintain them. Only you make the choice to operate a performance/modified vehicle or to drive it. GM CEO Akerson auctions 1958 Chevrolet Corvette for charity

Next Dodge Viper will shed some rough edges

During a conversation with Dodge boss Reid Bigland at the Los Angeles auto show, Bigland told me the redesigned Viper "will appeal to a broader segment of the market." The car is expected to debut in 2012 but is not likely to appear at the Detroit auto show, he says. Today's Viper is essentially a street-legal race car.
Police to man busy London junctions

The surge will see 2,500 officers hand out leaflets and fixed penalty notices at 166 junctions marked as the capital's worst. It comes after six cyclists died in two weeks in collisions with lorries, buses, and coaches - some mere hours apart.
