Iconic to start roadster production
Tue, 11 Jan 2011Iconic Motors will begin production of its 2012 AC Roadster in late spring in Detroit, the company said on Tuesday. Iconic says it will build only 100 copies during its first year of production. “We are genuinely excited to begin production on the 2012 Iconic AC Roadster,” Iconic Motors chairman Claudio Ballard said.
Nissan Townpod concept

Part coupe, part commercial vehicle – according to a Nissan spokesperson we spoke to at the show – the Townpod concept features a clear product aesthetic and the inherent practicality of a van, without resorting to outright utilitarianism. How nice to be able to report a new car arriving from Lotus instead of more doom and gloom. The Lotus Exige S V6, with the supercharged 3.5 litre engine we first saw in the Evora S, has started to roll off the production line (actually, ‘production line’ me be a bit of an exaggeration) and is heading off to its new owner.
