Vauxhall Adam: Prices & on sale at Paris 2012

Tue, 14 Aug 2012

The new Vauxhall Adam (and its European sibling, the Opel Adam) have their debut at the Paris Motor Show when the order book opens. We’re still not entirely convinced that the Vauxhall Adam has enough individuality to be a star in the marketplace, but it looks a decent offering nonetheless. Its styling is distinctly generic – it looks like a mish-mash of ideas from successful competitors – but Vauxhall is promising much for the Adam with extreme levels of customisation and lots of high-end toys, even if many will be cost options.

Designed to be an affordable coupe – and designed in collaboration with Subaru – it looks a promising new car. But we’ve seen no real detail on the other part of the equation – the Subaru FT-86 (know internally as the 216A).

Chevrolet Spark first official pictures

Tue, 10 Feb 2009

By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 10 February 2009 10:05 When it goes sale in the UK in January 2010, Chevrolet will pitch its Spark supermini at well below the £7000 mark to undercut its Hyundai i20, Suzuki Swift and Ford Ka rivals. The Matiz replacement will make its global debut at the Geneva motor show in March, and these are the first images of the car’s rear and cabin. Correct.
