Stage 1 is intended for motorcycles with a stock engine using the stock air box , air filter and stock pipe.

3.. No items have a guarantee of any type unless such guarantee is offered directly by the manufacturer in which case buyers sole recourse is directly with the manufacturer.  
4. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges except at the sole discretion of the seller. In the event a product is damaged during shipping the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the broken or damaged item to the seller prior to any refund or exchange.
5. Ask any questions before you bid! The seller shall not be responsible for any miscommunications, misunderstandings or similar mistakes by the buyer.
6.  If additional items are available, the Seller shall always have the option to replace an item which is defective or  damaged in transit with an identical item in lieu of a full or partial refund.
7. In the event a package is insured and damaged in transit, the buyer shall be refunded the partial or full purchase price, whichever is applicable, after the seller has recovered the insurance funds from the shipping carrier. Such refunds can take in excess of 30 days to recover.
8. The buyer specifically agrees that receiving a refund, in full or in part, or receiving replacement goods, shall expressly preclude the buyer from leaving neutral or negative feedback against the Seller and that the buyer specifically authorizes Ebay to delete such feedback.
