“Taken off a 2002 bmw 330ci with 160k miles, transmission ran great, went through all gears and went into reverse perfect, no problems! did a 5 speed swap and no longer need this tranmission. Comes with torque converter, will be shipped on pallet and tied all around to prevent any damage. WILL ONLY WORK WITH SAME ZF transmission, it can't be the gm transmission. Renault unveils R-Link tablet

Renault is aiming to take its in-vehicle user interface modules to the next level with the new R-Link tablet system announced at LeWeb 2011 today, December 7.  R-Link features a seven-inch tactile screen, steering wheel-mounted controls and voice recognition systems. It is simultaneously connected to the vehicle's information and data center, the user's mobile phone and to the Cloud. The company claims that the bespoke UI features interactive and intuitive menus, which enable users to access all the car's functions and data easily.

Aston Martin and Daimler sign technical partnership

Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. and Daimler AG have signed a technical partnership between Aston, Daimler and Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Recall the companies signed a letter of intent back in July, and since then have been discussing options for cooperation.
