Edelbrock Thunder series carb # 1812 with a square flange /bore mounting and a manual choke rated at 800 CFM. This carb has been rebuilt with all new gaskets and the replacement accelerator pump assembly. Inspected, cleaned and reassembled with the stock jetting, rods and springs along with a .035 nozzle. The floats have been tested and set and the linkage adjusted to specs. Carb comes with the underhung fuel inlet shown in pictures.vChoke cable bracket included, was drying when pics taken. Natural finish on carb base and top with freshened paint on the linkage using marine black resistant to gas and oil. The new Mercedes GLA SUV (pictured) has debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Mercedes may not have been exactly overwhelmingly good at producing a compact car with the old A-Class, but the new A-Class is a very good little car, and it’s rapidly spawning more variants to mop up more sales. We’ve already got the new A-Class and the swoopy-coupe Mercedes CLA and now we get the compact SUV take on the A-Class – the new Mercedes GLA.

The Jaguar F-Type Coupe (pictured) testing at the Nurburgring The new Jaguar F-Type is a fine looking car, but the F-Type Coupe looks set to be the real looker, and we shouldn’t have to wait too long before the coupe hits a motor show (probably Frankfurt in September). Ahead of that reveal – with a likely on-sale date of early 2014 – Jaguar are out playing with the F-Type Coupe at the Nurburgring, blatting it round the ‘Ring’s unforgiving surfaces and bends to shake the last niggles out before launch. This particular F-Type is undoubtedly the V8 S – which we expect will get the same 495bhp output as the V8 S Roadster – and it sounds great; a wonderful V8 roar as it pounds round the track.
