This dual-plane intake is designed for the engine swap market utilizing 1985 and later Chevy 200-229-262 c.i.d. (3.8L and 4.3L) V6 engines with Vortec heads. With this manifold, rodders can take advantage of the higher flow available with the Vortec head design. Performer Vortec V6 #2114 has provisions for external water bypass and may be used on either Vortec blocks or 1995 and earlier blocks. Designed for use with Edelbrock Thunder Series AVS or Performer Series 500 cfm carbs, it accepts late model water neck, alternator, HEI and air conditioning. |

And to celebrate that landmark they’ve revealed the Ford Fiesta Centura, a limited edition of just 1,000 cars. Based on the Fiesta 1.25 Zetec, the Fiesta Centura gets £600 worth of extras – metallic paint (Panther Black only), chrome mirrors, 16″ alloys, auto lights and wipers, rear parking sensors, reversing camera and LED running lights – and costs £13,395 for the three-door and £13,995 for the five door.
Lotus prices Exige S Roadster from £52,900
Wed, 22 May 2013Lotus has announced its new Exige S Roadster will be priced from £52,900 – exactly the same as the hard-top Exige S. It’s also slightly lighter than the fixed-head Exige, and matches its blistering acceleration times. That £52,900 tag makes the 345bhp Exige S Roadster £7500 pricier than a (pre-options list) Porsche Boxster S manual, though the 1328kg Porsche makes do with only 315bhp.
