Tesla Model S – new Photos
Fri, 21 Aug 2009New pictures of the Tesla Model S Dogged by controversy over the claim that they could deliver the Model S for $50,000, Tesla are sticking to their guns and pushing forward with development. And if they do manage to bring the Model S in at their target price point they will probably be on to a winner. Even if you turn that $50k in to £50,000 the Model S will still be offering a huge amount of – very innovative – car for the money, and will have the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E Class and Jaguar XF in its sights.
70% of premium brand cars stolen are taken with the car’s own keys
Thu, 03 Apr 2014High-end SUVs – like the new Range Rover (pictured) are a prime target for car key thieves There was once a time when all it took to steal a car was a wire coathanger and the ability to hotwire the ignition. But as car makers have got better at securing the second most expensive asset most of us will ever own, car thieves have had to look for a different approach, and that approach is increasingly to relieve owners of the keys to their pride and joy. Cobra – the vehicle tracking firm – are reporting that a massive 70 per cent of all premium brand cars stolen in 2014 – with an average value of £40k, up £6k on 2012 – are being parted from their owners using that owners keys.
Ford Ranger

Nether the less, Ford has taken the opportunity to use the show to launch the all-new Ranger truck. New from the ground up, the Ranger is said to retain its 'ruggedness' but now with added performance and economy.
