This is an oil pressure indicator used on various types of commercial aircraft. This one was removed during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The glass is not cracked and needle is in place. The data plate reads INDICATOR, PRESSURE OIL, 0-100 PSI, PART NO. 396-100S1-D2, THOMAS A. EDISON INDUSTRIES. It is not tagged and I have no way to test is so it will be listed AS IS. Motorway Service Station Fuel 'Too Pricey'

IT WOULD appear that cash-strapped drivers have had their fill of motorway service station fuel – that’s according to a survey conducted by research company Viewsbank. Almost all (98%) of motorists canvassed reckon motorway petrol and diesel is too pricey, with 60% saying they never buy it. Based on responses from 1,030 drivers, the poll also showed that 28% always fill up before going on a motorway and 5% always leave the motorway to find cheaper fuel elsewhere.

McLaren P1 gets 903bhp

McLaren has revealed that their new supercar – the McLaren P1 – will deliver 903bhp and have emissions below 200g/km. The McLaren P1 will get 727bhp from its 3.8 litre V8 with an additional 176bhp coming from an electric motor for a combined power delivery of 903bhp, with the V8 contributing 531lb/ft of torque and the electric motor an instant 192lb/ft for a combined torque of 664lb/ft at 4000rpm. The boost from the electric motor is instantly available at the flick of a button on the steering wheel – McLaren call it Instant Power Assist System (IPAS) – which instantly throws more additional power to aid the McLaren’s V8 than a pair of Fiestas can manage.
