Heavy duty bracket for storage of outboard motors on the rail when only parallel horizontal rails are available. Stainless steel casting and cleat with solid poly, non-skid, backing board. Dimensions 23 3/4" H x 10" W x 1 3/4" D. Weight 11.8 lbs. List price is $338; discount priced at $280 plus shipping.  This unit has the cleat holes drilled at 12" below the top rail, but two new holes could be readily drilled to adjust for a different rail spacing. Peugeot has spiced up the launch of the all-new Peugeot 308 by teasing us with photos of the 308 R Concept to be launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show. And while we could suggest Peugeot has got the Golf GTI and Focus ST in its sights, we like to think of the 308 R Concept more as a grown-up version of the Peugeot RCZ R. And although the 308 R Concept is unlikely to become anything other than a limited-run special, it certainly raises the prospect of a super-hot performance 308.

We’ve often wondered if they’re working on a strategy that goes counter to logic in the hope it pays dividends. For example, the obvious route for Infiniti was a hard push on private buyers of luxury cars and positioning themselves as the ‘Sporty’ alternative to that other Japanese luxury brand, Lexus.
