The pistons and rings are .040 oversize. It is a normal practice to replace the pistons with a oversize when rebuilding an engine to compensate for the wear in the engine.
The pistons and rod bearings are a full set of eight, and the mains are a full set also.
All parts are from our production engine rebuilding shop, which specializes in these great engines. These are the same parts we install in our engines.
The head gaskets are a laminated no-retorque type, the rings and pistion are top quality USA made. The bearings are supplied in standard size or look in our Ebay store where all popular oversizes are listed (or Email us
All are in engine builders packaging (not retail boxes) which is the reason for the very low price.
note: not for any factory special High Performance as the rings are different (vary,vary rare engine) or Heavy Duty 361 truck engine.
gasket set includes the rear main seal, but not the valve stem seals

This engine was put in Barracuda Charger Cordoba Coronet Dart Demon Duster D100 Polara, and many other models.  
The warehouse manager at Zollner/Hastings told his manager he needed to clear out some pistons and other parts for new stock, the sales manager told the sales staff, and the sales staff made us a deal we could not refuse on these pistons and some of the other parts. You will never see a deal this low!. Remember, these are factory-fresh pistons stock we just received (not old stock).
Zollner piston was established in 1912 and manufactures these pistons in Marinette, Wisconsin. They are a well-respected OEM manufacturer that also supplies many engine rebuilders. And for trivia, Fred Zollner once owned an NBA franchise and he wanted car makers to know he made pistons, the name stuck and they are still called the Detroit Pistons!

The new BMW i8 Hybrid (pictured) will cost £100k in the UK
The BMW i8 jas finally arrived in production guise at the Frankfurt Motor show, neatly creating the top end of BMW’s new i-brand range after the BMW i3 underlined the starting point. Looking really quite appealing, the i8 uses the same carbon fibre reinforced plastic bodyshell and aluminium chassis construction as the i3, but whereas the i3 is built to be a city car, the i8 is the closest we’re likely to get to a 21st century version of the BMW M1. Similar in size to the Audi R8, the BMW i8 is a 2+2 with a 3-cylinder 1.5 litre engine and generator sitting at the back and driving the rear wheels and an electric motor at the front driving the front wheels, with a petrol tank at the back and the batteries for the electric motor stored in the centre tunnel.

POLICE who found enough evidence to prosecute 32 motorists following a 150-car pile-up have offered to send them on a driver alertness course instead. A senior police officer said handing the drivers a chance to go on the course would be more beneficial than putting them before the courts. The decision to spare drivers prosecution follows a four-month investigation by specialist collision investigators and case review staff from Kent Police.
