Providing the basic functionality of a mobile telephone, the GM 12 sends and receives SMS (Short Message Service), handles speech calls and the sending of DTMF tones. Ease of integration The GM 12 is controlled by AT commands via a computer or microprocessor connected to the module´s serial interface. A wide voltage range ensures flexibility in choice of power supply. Together with its standard connectors, both integration and control of the GM 12 in an application is very straight forward. Durable design Designed to be built in, the GM 12´s tough plastic body helps it withstand the demands of many different operating environments. The case also features two external through holes for mounted installations and a hatch for direct access to the SIM card. In addition, the standard connectors are all positioned on one side for ease of installation. Broad range of applications The GM 12 can be successfully used in the areas of Intelligent Transport Systems, Telemetry including vending, meter-reading, security and leased machines, as well as many other telephony related applications. Special Ford Mustang honors Iacocca's pony car
Mon, 22 Jun 2009Nearly 20 years after Lee Iacocca retired--and 45 years after he helped launch America's first pony car--the former Ford and Chrysler exec is attaching his visage to this: the Iacocca Silver 45th Anniversary Edition Ford Mustang. Planned for a limited run of only 45 units, the "I" edition features 5 hp more than stock from the Ford 4.6-liter V8; a 400-hp supercharged version is optional. Ford Racing suspension is standard, while 14-inch Ford Racing brakes are optional.

Thu, 10 Oct 2013AUCTION HOUSE Barons has celebrated a successful classic car auction with 44 successful sales and a 1959 Aston Martin DB MKIII DHC making £175,000. The classic Aston had belonged to the same family since it was three-months-old and was joined by another DB MKIII example, a rolling restoration project that fetched £70,000. Another notable sale was a "time-warp" 1970 Ford Escort Delux MkI, which had covered just 2,600 miles in 40 years.
