Thu, 23 Jan 2014For all the overt hyper-earnestness Sarah McLachlan ladled upon us during her 1990s heyday, we might not’ve noticed that the Canadian singer-songwriter has a sense of humor. At the end of the year-long study, 47 percent of parents said there was at least one driving condition they felt their student wasn't prepared to handle.
