2 1/2" Inlet Mustang Slash Tip (1) How about this brand new chrome exhaust tip for your favorite ride? It is about 12" long with a 2 1/2" ID inlet so it will slip over a 2 1/2" OD tail pipe (slightly tight). It would fit a 2 1/4" tail pipe with a little extra mig work. The outer end is 3 1/2" OD. Vauxhall Astra VXR (2012) gets 282bhp + new GTC photos
Fri, 24 Sep 2010Astra GTC Concept Paris Vauxhall sneaked us a peek at the 2012 Vauxhall Astra VXR a couple of weeks ago – slightly titivated and called the Astra GTC Concept admittedly – but the 2012 Vauxhall Astra VXR none the less. And we ran the story, even though there was precious little to say beyond they’d turned the ‘blades’ round on the doors to make it look more butch and that it’d turn up when the 3 door Astra does in a years time. But Vauxhall has decided to throw a little more out there, so we get images of the interior and some firm (ish) news on the oily bits.

Citroen C-Bionic Antonin Maire D'Eglise The C-Bionic Concept has an environmental focus exploring several directions of renewable, organic, and bio-engineered materials. At the center of the C-Bionic concept is the idea of using a genetically engineered tree to serve as the main chassis for the vehicle, while the rest of the vehicle would be made out of high-density bio-plastics that in turn could be made out of parts of the tree and other organic materials.

Electric car advocacy group Plug In America spent an hour this week on the Internet telling 91 true believers how to spread the message of the kilowatt to those who still believed internal combustion was the only way to go. “People need to be convinced that they will like a plug-in vehicles,” said Plug In America board member Chad Schwitters online.
